30 Day Notice to End Lease
There are times where we need to end the lease agreements. Some of the reasons could be because you want to move in, repair the property, or put it up for sale. In order to do this, you must post a notice to inform the tenant the lease is at the end. Also, since you are asking them to move, it is reasonable for the landlord to provide the tenant with 30 days notice.
In Alaska, this means, post before the rental due date and be moved out by the end of that month. Example Post November 20th; Rental Due date is December 1; the move out date would be December 31
