The idea of both tracking forms is to be simple and easy to use for your daily purposes.

The monthly template was made with consulting with a bookkeeping and Property manager background. The purpose was to give you an easy and affordable tool the avoid leaving profits on the table.
It happens, time and time again, where we get busy with our family lives and forget to track. This tool was designed to enter information that you have, even out of order! Sit down and do your bookkeeping once a month or once a year. It is okay – Just enter the data.

Two excel spreadsheets.
Each tab will represent a property. There are 5 tabs.
Each tab has room for up to 10 units inside the property.
Each tab has an income and loss summary for just that property.
Each tab has 10 units listed at the top where one can track start and end date of the lease, pet deposits, security deposits, market rent, and more.
Summary tab has an income and loss summary for all the properties listed side by side.
You’ll be able to add additional expense items.
**Bonus** There is also a tab to enter your portfolio expenses, such as food, travel, and gas.

- This is a locked excel file. Meant to avoid you from accidentally unlinking the formulas in the sheet.
- The "PRINT", "SAVE AS”, for the year you wish to you. Make sure to re-save as for another year so you don’t lose the original template.
- Each tab is prepped for printing.
- Will work on any version of excel newer than 2013.
