I was serving a tenant an eviction (FED) to go to court but she was being very bad turned the water in tub on hot and left it for days while landlord has to pay for it and when people below complained about no hot water and hearing water running upstairs constantly the mgr put a notice to enter for an emergency check for water and tenant left them this note

Wow... can you cut the water or power? You could call the police by telling them you smell drugs being made. There's a chance the cop still won't go in.. tell them that you think child porn is going on in that apartment....
