I'm working on some planning and metrics for my business as well as my real estate. I have used some of the calculators on bigger pockets and the like but I am curious if you all have found any other sites that are particularly helpful. Thanks!

@Ben Persinger I enjoy Erik's vacancy calculator.  It gets closure to the real cost of what vacancy does in the finances and also determines what rent price you should go for.

I also like the tool by corporate where you can calculate what your pay is in the property management world.  It reminds me....and my staff....how we have to track our time and number of showings to get to a profitable situation.

One final thing that I use is klipfolio.  This takes a bunch of excel data and helps me measure and put into charts!
