I had one landlord do some rentals with his craigslist guy and some by a pro.....he was smart in passing jobs that were okay going slow to the Craig's guy and jobs that needed to be faster to the pro. The pro averaged 2 weeks faster with no follow ups on all job in that year. Since there was a many units that added almost 20k to this guys possible revenue because it was back on the market.
