I’ve come to get used to being disappointed and stood up by tenants, but I think being stood up by clients is so disappointing lol. 

How long do y’all wait for an appointment before you leave? I usually stay for 30 minutes and a phone call or two before I leave.

30 max.  Usually 15 if they haven't responded to a call or text.  #gotshittodo

Yes it’s annoying but part of the biz. I usually aim for 15. Ideally text confirmation 30 min before to make sure they are on their way. If they can’t make an appointment or answer a call, they may not be the most reliable tenant.
